Pricing, in plain English.

Joining is genuinely free — $0 to sign up, $0 to keep your storefront live, and no monthly platform fees. We make money in exactly one way: when you earn a commission on a sale. Every product on ShopDot has a commission rate set by the brand (usually 10–25% of the order). When a customer buys through your storefront, that commission is earned by you — and ShopDot keeps 15% of your commission as our platform fee, paying you the other 85%. There are no other deductions, no payment processing charges, and no shipping costs taken out. If you don't sell anything, you owe us nothing.
Earnings accrue in your dashboard in real time. Payouts land via direct deposit by the 10th of the following month — there's no minimum payout threshold. Earned $4 in March? You'll see $4 land by April 10th.
If a sale is refunded, the associated commission is reversed — same as any retail model. ShopDot's 15% comes off in the same direction. Refunds are handled by our customer service team, so you don't have to manage the conversation.
